AWESOME Field Trip and AWESOME Kids!!!

Hi. I have a million pictures from our awesome field trip, but I don't have time to post them right now. I will do it tonight. So, please check back tomorrow morning or later tonight. We sure did have a great time!!! Ask your child how many sugar beets it takes to make a 5 lb. bag of sugar. Write their answer in the planner for a $20 reward tomorrow. Oops! Forgot my camera at school. Will have to do it tomorrow. I am telling ya...lost brain.

Thanks for all the donations on the fundraisers. That is awesome!!! We did not make our goal of 100% participation though. But, we rocked it!! Kids were paid $50 for each donation they got, and tomorrow I will announce our most donations winner at morning meeting. Wow!!

The drug free information/permission form came home today. Please read through it and check and sign in the appropriate places. Kids that bring them back tomorrow will earn $100. Kids nightly writing assignment tonight is to pick the event that they are most excited to do and tell me in a half page why they are excited.

We will be doing a fun project tomorrow with leaves. Kids need to go leaf collecting tonight. They need at least ten. I asked that they try to get ones of different size, shape, and color. Waht a fun nature walk with the family idea.

Kids that do xtramath.org tonight earn $100 tomorrow. We should be back on schedule here tomorrow. Should is the key word there. :0)

Grade reports came home today. Please sign the line they drew in their planners to let me know that you saw these. This is in addition to your regular signature.
