Today we went into geometry a little bit more. Ask your child to show you the shout out actions they do to help them remember what the words: line, ray, and point are. Then ask them why. If they can tell you, write MATH in the planner for $10 tomorrow. I think we actually got a pretty good workout in today in math!
Speaking of working out. Tomorrow night is Bitterroot Kickboxing Family Fitness Night. Put on your workout gear and come on in for some family fun. Kids that do, will earn $500 as long as you are there with them!!!
Don't feel like working out? Never fear...Pizza is here. Tomorrow night is also MacKenzie Pizza Night. Just bring in your coupon for school and present it with your bill. I believe coupons come home tomorrow night. Then, a portion of your bill will be donated back to Bitterroot PTA. It is that easy! $500 to kids that do this as well.

Our Mid-West States and Capitals Test will be this Friday! Please make sure your child has studied the location and the matching capital of each state. We did a great job last time! Let's do it again. There will be bonus questions about past states as well!!!
We have gym tomorrow. Please help remember those tennis shoes.
It is cold outside. Please send your child to school with coats, hats, and gloves daily. If they are not wearing a heavy coat, they will have to sit inside on the bench for all their recess. No fun!!! We know that you would not want them to be cold or risk getting sick and have to miss school. I know there is a trend of coats are not cool but sweatshirts are. Well, sweatshirts will not get you outside at this point. Thanks for your support on this.
Lastly, what is Rusty's feeling this week? Ask your child. We made a poster this morning at CC meeting of why it is important to feel this way and how to feel this way. Write the feeling in the planner for another $10 tomorrow.
