Wow. What a day! Thanks to all of you that came out to see the volcano eruptions. They had a BLAST! I will post the slideshow tomorrow.

Tomorrow is our LAST day of testing! I think we will all be happy to pack that one up and send it off. They are doing a great job though, especially in math! Today they were encouraged to do a HumZINGER of a job on the test. Those that did, earned a Zinger treat. :0) One more day! One more encouragement note.

We read another chapter in the Ice Worm book today in SS. It is getting quite interesting. The Inupiat way of life sure does differ from ours. Ten of the students need to write a letter to Allison tonight. Awesome job to all those that have mastered this skill!

Tomorrow, we will view the Soul Surfer movie. Kids may bring a regular sized bottled drink of their choice. No super sized! Please make sure they have a lid to avoid spill.

Kids also need their recorders tomorrow for music.

Tonight is the Family Fun Night. I believe it is Kick Boxing in the gym. Fun! If you attend please write me a note so your child may earn their $500 reward.
