Hello hello. I am not sure if it is the weather, spring fever, or school ending but the side conversations in this classroom are mind baffling. So, I told the class that since they still have yet to figure out that they don't need to talk to move I have given in and decided to play their way instead. So, from this point on, they may talk all they want. They just need to make sure to put the $1000 buy in on my desk before doing so. If they don't play by their own rules and talk without paying I double the fine. After paying, they can talk, talk, talk, talk all they want. They win.
In math we finished our graphing of our M&Ms. The circle graph was by far the most fun. :0) And challenging! Ask your child what percent their highest color had on their circle graph. Write it in the planner for $50 bonus tomorrow.
We started our Gray whale unit in science. This is going to be super fun!!! It is the first time Mrs. Hankins and I have done it....so we are learning just as much as well. Love it!
Stickers came home today reminding you that Thursday is NOT a half day. It was written as one on an older calendar and we have sensed some confusion. So, I am hear to tell ya it is Not a half day. We are off on Friday however.
Have a great evening. :0)
