Great Day in the 4th Grade!

Hi. It was a great day! We talked to about storm tracker planes today in science. Man they have a dangerous job. And, according to your children they fly some pretty interesting planes. I had them draw what they thought the plane looked like and then we shared those. They are now hanging in the hall. Come see! Tomorrow, we will find out what they really look like.

We also had a discussion today about there not being a money bonus question on the blog last night. I told them that there will be times that I just get into what I am writing that I don't think about the money part. I hope that you are reading the information too for more than the money question. The blog is an informational piece mostly for the parents to be able to have a quality discussion with your child. The money is just a bonus.

That being said, here is tonights discussion question. Your child has brought home a sheet for homework in math. They need to read the numbers out loud to you. They go all the way up to the millions place value. If your child does this with you, even if they need your help, then write the word place value in their planner for a $10 bonus tomorrow at check in. They had a great time playing bingo today with them. :0)
