Well hello there. I hope that you had a wonderful Thanksgiving break. I got a lot of work done, papers corrected, and tons of down time with my family and friends. It was a great week. Thank you again for all your letters of encouragement and texts. I read them and re-read them often.
Above, is the slideshow for the Spaghetti dinner night. Thanks again for all your support. We made over $600 profit!! Wow! Fun field trips in the spring!! You never know what Mrs. Hankins and I have up our sleeve, and rarely do we repeat from the year before!!!
I also posted a fun picture of me getting my first buck ever! Zach and I went out today (last day) and waited in the corn fields by our house. Out he popped, and down he went. Pretty exciting for me to see the whole process in action! So, that is just one more thing I can add to my list of things I never saw myself doing in this lifetime. So, glad I did!!! Fun times, and fun memories.
We have three full weeks until our Winter break, and I have way too much planned. :0) We will push through, especially in math. It will be very important for kids to stay focussed in class even though Santa is buzzing in Walmart! We can do it!!!

PS: ask your child what they are most thankful for happening over their break. Write it in their planner for a $20 bonus tomorrow.
