We finally have our states and capitals test tomorrow. Kids should be just reviewing at this time. We have studied quite a bit in class as well. They need to match the states and capitals and also determine the location of each state.
We will have our weekly spelling test tomorrow along with our 7's multiplication tests. Kids are getting better at these every day!
Library is tomorrow as well, remember those books.
The Nightly writing tonight is to determine whether you would rather lose your sight or your hearing. Thanks Alex for this awesome topic!!! That is a hard one for sure. Remind kiddos that a half page explanation is required to be considered complete. What would you rather? Write Eyes or Ears in their planner tomorrow for $10 bonus.
We will be testing out of Ch. 2-3 in math on Monday. After the break, we will venture into graphing and longer multiplication problems. WooHoo!!!!
We will also be ending our Native studies unit in reading groups on Tuesday before the break. Upon our return, we will be reading novels and enjoying literature discussion circles. Love that they are ready for this!

Today, Bitterroot earned $246 in donations for being able to chew gum in class. Tomorrow is bring and eat some leftover candy from Halloween day for $1. I would encourage kids to only bring a moderate amount. Snack time is at 10:00 and then again after library. At all costs, lets try to avoid upset tummies before Spaghetti Dinner Night.
