Hi there. What a great day. Was that concert not just the cutest!!! These kids worked so hard on all of their songs. By far, my favorite was the last one. How Mr. Goodheart got them all to sing different things at the same time is beyond me, but it rocked!!! My favorite is to watch those little kindergarteners too. They were adorable beeboping around up there. They are just so sweet and innocent. So cute. Great job Mr. Goodheart! I am unable to post pictures or samples of their singing to the blog due to permission issues, but I will show them in class tomorrow at CC meeting. They looked FABULOUS too!!!!! It really reminds me of the song, Let Them Be Little. Watch the youtube of it, and if you can make it or can't thru without crying write the word LITTLE in the planner for $50 tomorrow. There are so many times I have to stop with your kids and my own and remember that they are just little and they need to be little for as long as possible. I LOVE the part about letting them giggle and sleep in the middle!! I also love the part about giving them praise, love, and joy! That truly is what being a kid is all about. Enjoy!
Tomorrow is technology day. Kids may bring in ipods, phones, or other musical devices to listen to all day. They may also bring in hand held gaming systems to use during our 30 minute freetime block tomorrow. However, they must buy in for $500 tomorrow and they must play only school appropriate games and music in class.
We have PE tomorrow. Please remember those shoes. Kids also had math homework to finish up if they did not finish today in class.
